Star Is Born is the runner to beat in Race 5 at Gosford tonight and I am eager to have a Same Race Multi.
The daughter of Fernando Bale has won three of her last four starts and given there isn’t much value left in her win quote, I’m going to select her as the winner in a Same Race Multi.
To increase my quote, I’m also going to select Bodacious Star to finish in the first three and Push Pull Poke the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 3 Star Is Born (Win)
- 2 Bodacious Star (Top 3)
- 4 Push Pull Poke (Top 4)
Corless Crazy doesn’t win out of turn, but this looks to be the easiest task that he has been set for some time, and I am happy to give him another chance.
The son of Keybow has returned some nice efforts recently, including a close-up effort for second at Bulli last time, which saw him overcome a central box to only just miss.
If he steps well, he can fight out the finish again.
Raining Vodka looks to have found peak condition and can record another win at Gosford tonight.
The son of Fabregas charged in to score over 515m at The Gardens two starts back and was unlucky not to make it two in a row when a close-up second here last time out.
He’ll have the benefit of an empty box on his inside for this contest and he’ll be hard to hold out.
Fontezza has been a model of consistency this campaign and looks the runner to beat in the last at Gosford tonight.
The son of Swift Fancy hasn’t missed placing in his last eight starts, winning at Dubbo most notably, and he enters this race off the back of a slick effort over 340m at Bulli.
He’s rock-hard fit, is drawn to receive every chance and can win again.
