Dapto: Race 4 (6:34pm)
Same Race Multi

Redshift Seven has returned some lovely efforts this campaign and looks the runner to beat again in the fourth at Dapto this evening.

The son of Fernando Bale recorded consecutive wins at Wentworth Park earlier this month and was undone by poor luck in a better race last time out.

He’s drawn to receive all the favours tonight and will take beating, so I’m going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi and build out my bet further with Sound Of Silence running into the first three and Nikolina running into the first four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 1 Redshift Seven (Win)
  • 6 Sound Of Silence (Top 3)
  • 4 Nikolina (Top 4)
Dapto: Race 5 (6:52pm)
No. 8 Cumbria Dreaming

Cumbria Dreaming enters this race in winning form and will take a power of beating again.

The son of Barcia Bale has continued to improve with racing recently, culminating in a dominant win at this track and distance last week, and interestingly, from Box 8.

He can use his box speed to overcome the wide draw again and with even luck, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.

Dapto: Race 9 (8:12pm)
No. 8 General Cortez

General Cortez has continued to improve with racing recently and looks well placed to score at Dapto tonight.

The son of Fernando Bale doesn’t win out of turn, but he also rarely races poorly, and he has stormed in to only just missed over 330m at his last two appearances.

With even luck from the wide draw, he’ll take a power of beating over the short trip.

Dapto: Race 11 (8:47pm)
No. 1 Mary's Reward

Mary’s Reward looks to have found top gear and looks well placed in the penultimate race at Dapto tonight.

The daughter of Fernando Bale has made just six appearances at the races since debuting and has noticeably improved with each, culminating in consecutive wins and this track and distance most recently.

She can lob into a nice position in transit from Box 1 and will be hard to hold out.
