Richmond: Race 5 (8:38pm)
No. 3 Kotoni Banner

Kotoni Banner has returned some nice efforts recently and looks the runner to beat in the fifth at Richmond tonight.

The daughter of Mister Twister won some decent races last month and has found form around plenty of above-average chasers.

She can put herself on the speed from Box 3 and will be in this contest for a long way.

Richmond: Race 6 (8:57pm)
Same Race Multi

This shapes as Silver Scissors’ race to lose.

Silver Scissors has been excellent in some good races this preparation and is drawn to receive all of the favours tonight from Box 1.

There isn’t much value left in her win quote, so I’m instead going to select her as the winner in a Same Race Multi and build out my ticket further with both Run Juju Run and Winlock Willow finishing in the first four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 1 Silver Scissors (Win)
  • 2 Run Juju Run (Top 4)
  • 3 Winlock Willow (Top 4)
Richmond: Race 9 (9:58pm)
No. 6 Mrs Sue Ballos

Mrs Sue Ballos hasn’t shown her best form recently, but this looks to be a drop in class for her, and I am happy to five her another chance.

The daughter of Shakey Jakey has run into some good chasers, but she also hasn’t enjoyed much luck recently either.

She can use her good early pace to go forward and she’ll give them something to chase.

Richmond: Race 10 (10:22pm)
No. 1 Pacific Gold

Pacific Gold is gunning for a hat-trick of wins when he steps out in Race 10 at Richmond tonight, and he looks capable of pulling it off.

The son of Fabregas has steadily improved with racing recently, culminating in his impressive performances and wins at this track and distance.

He’ll need to be at his best to beat race favourite Doonside Andy, but he’s drawn to receive all the favours and is up to the task.
