I’m happy to five Turbo Fun a chance to win from Box 1 this afternoon.
The son of Fernando Bale recorded some lovely wins here earlier in his campaign and has been undone by bad luck more than anything else of late.
He can go forward from Box 1 and will give them something to chase.
Hazy Flash will take winning form into the fifth at Mandurah this evening and looks well placed to make it two in a row.
The son of Barcia Bale has improved with each start recently; placing two and three starts back before recording another well-deserved win at this track and trip last time out.
He is rock-hard fit and can win again.
This looks like being one of the more open contests on the card and a chaser like West On True has claims on winning, at a lovely price ($7 at publish).
West On True has returned some bold efforts recently, and enters this race off the back of an eye-catching performance and win in a similar contest.
He is drawn to receive the gun run and we can have an each-way play at the price.
This looks to be a race in two between Dandalup Jett and Fearless Eagles, and I am eager to place a Same Race Multi.
Dandalup Jett hasn’t shown his best form recently, but this is a drop in class and he is drawn to receive all of the favours, while Fearless Eagles has been a strong and consistent performer.
I’m going to select those two runners to finish in the first two, and fill out my ticket further with Wasabi Bob running into the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 2 Dandalup Jett (Top 2)
- 3 Fearless Eagles (Top 2)
- 8 Wasabi Bob (Top 4)
