Boston Celtics vs LA Clippers, 11:40 am
Clippers -3.5

I like the look of the Clippers here, currently laying 3.5 points away at Boston. With Marcus Smart out and Jaylen Brown either out or limited, Boston should struggle to contain LA on the perimeter.

The Clippers had a pretty poor loss to Milwaukee last time out, one where Kawhi and PG both faded down the stretch. They’ve been very good off a loss this season and I think this is a great spot for them to bounce back on national tv.

Especially if Brown is out, they’ve got the bodies on the perimeter to really go after Jayson Tatum. Pat Bev has also been a solid defensive option on Kemba Walker, which could really stifle the Boston offense.

Overall, the Clippers are the deeper and more talented team here that should be motivated to get the job done. I’m not expecting a blowout, but I think they’ve got enough about them to cover 3.5 points.
