Tamworth: Race 1 (1:25pm AEDT)
No. 5 Nothing's Sacred

Nothing’s Sacred looks well placed to record his second career win at Tamworth this afternoon.

The three-year-old son of Sacred Falls returned a nice effort to finish fourth on debut at Parkes before breaking his maiden at Muswellbrook.

I thought that there was a lot to like about his performance for fourth in a better race at Mudgee last time and he’ll take further improvement into this race.

Tamworth: Race 4 (3:10pm AEDT)
No. 1 Leo

Leo will take winning form into the fourth at Tamworth today and this is a decent drop in class.

The I Am Invincible gelding has been a good country galloper throughout his career and typically contests Highway races on a Saturday in Sydney.

He proved far too good for the likes of Water Dove at Randwick last time and he can win again.

Tamworth: Race 6 (4:25pm AEDT)
No. 13 Surooj

Surooj hasn’t been seen at the races since October, but this is a decent drop in class from what she is used to contesting, and she can make a winning debut for Mark Schmetzer.

The former Lindsay Park galloper found form around some quality gallopers last time in, and finished second behind Cumberbatch at Sandown at this point of her preparation, most notably.

Jeff Penza takes the ride from a good draw and the filly will take beating.

Tamworth: Race 7 (5:05pm AEDT)
No. 7 Dream Song

Dream Song has continued to improve with racing this time and is ready to win at Tamworth this afternoon.

The Your Song mare finished fifth at Quirindi when fresh and has placed at each of her three subsequent starts, running into Fearless Mila at Dubbo last time.

She is at peak fitness for today’s race and might not be offered a better opportunity to win.
