Sandown Park: Race 5 (7:58pm AEDT)
No. 8 Aston Fastnet

Aston Fastnet will take winning form into Race 5 at Sandown Park tonight and looks well placed to win again.

The son of Kc And All has been outstanding this campaign, and has won four of his last five starts, including two at this track and distance.

His form from out wide is good and with even luck, he can win again.

Sandown Park: Race 6 (8:19pm AEDT)
No. 7 Gotham Duke

Gotham Duke has returned some lovely efforts recently and he can win the Group 3 Easter Gift this evening.

The son of Walk Hard has won five of his last eight starts, placing on two other occasions, and he put paid to his rivals here last week.

He’s rock-hard fit and is another chaser who needs only even luck in running to fight out the finish again.

Sandown Park: Race 7 (8:40pm AEDT)
No. 4 Gypsy Yankee

Gypsy Yankee has drawn somewhat awkwardly in Box 4, but he can use his strong box speed to overcome it and win Race 7.

The son of Fernando Bale has mixed his form a little, but his best efforts have been outstanding, and he has form around some above-average chasers.

If he lobs into a nice position on the pace, he’ll be tough to catch.

best bet
Sandown Park: Race 8 (8:58pm AEDT)
No. 2 Kuro Kismet

Kuro Kismet simply doesn’t know how to run a bad race, and he can win tonight’s Group 3 Launching Pad Final.

The son of Aston Dee Bee hasn’t missed placing in his last eight appearances, winning three in succession here before finishing second from a central box last week.

He’s drawn to receive the gun run tonight and I’m making him my best bet.
