Wentworth Park: Race 5 (7:48pm AEDT)
No. 2 Handsome Prince

Handsome Prince is an above-average athlete and looks the one to beat in Heat 4 of the Golden Easter Egg tonight.

The talented son of Sh Avatar won three races in impressive fashion and went for a break following a luckless run over 515m at Sandown Park in November.

He can go straight to the lead tonight and will give them something to chase.

Wentworth Park: Race 7 (8:28pm AEDT)
No. 7 Roman Remiss

Roman Remiss appears to have found top gear and he can record another win in the sixth Golden Easter Egg Heat tonight.

The son of Kinloch Brae has missed placing just once in his last eight starts but his last two efforts, both dominant wins, have suggested he is in peak order.

With even luck from the draw, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.

Wentworth Park: Race 8 (8:47pm AEDT)
Same Race Multi

This looks to be Flying Ricciardo’s race to lose and I am going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi.

The son of Barcia Bale has won each of his last five starts including the Group 1 Dapto Megastar in December.

There’s virtually no value left in his win quote, but by also selecting both Zipping Zarbo and Fire On Ice to run into the first four, I’ve pumped up my odds.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 1 Flying Ricciardo (Win)
  • 6 Zipping Zarbo (Top 4)
  • 8 Fire On Ice (Top 4)
Wentworth Park: Race 9 (9:07pm AEDT)
No. 1 Aston Zodiac

Aston Zodiac will take winning form into the ninth at Wentworth Park tonight and is primed to make it two in a row.

The daughter of Fernando Bale hasn’t missed placing at her last six appearances, winning two of her last three, both at this track and distance.

She’s drawn to receive the gun run again and will take plenty of beating.
