Hop Along Travis has returned some lovely efforts since debuting and looks the runner to beat in the fifth at Albion Park tonight.
He is in fact yet to return a bad performance and enters this with a record of three wins and a placing from just five starts.
He has had two starts from Box 6 previously for as many wins and with luck, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.
Classy Zoro has found peak condition and looks the runner to beat again in Race 7 at Albion Park tonight.
The son of Fernando Bale stripped fitter with a few fair efforts earlier this prep, but has won four of his last five starts including three in succession, leading into this race.
I’m going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi and build out my bet with Kenny Sure Can running into the first three and Cool Change finishing in the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 7 Classy Zoro (Win)
- 2 Kenny Sure Can (Top 3)
- 4 Cool Change (Top 4)
Ringbark Road will take winning form into the eighth at Albion Park tonight and is primed to win again.
The talented son of Fernando Bale rarely returns a poor effort but his last two, both at this track and distance, have been particularly impressive.
He is drawn to receive the gun run and is my best bet on the program.
Fabthor is another runner whose claims on winning at Albion Park tonight have been enhanced by an ideal draw.
The son of Fabregas charged in to score easily at Bundaberg two back and filled the minors of a similar race to this one last time, having left from Box 4.
He can go forward tonight and will be tough to catch over the 331m.
