Richmond: Race 5 (8:20pm AEDT)
Same Race Multi

Lenny Cortez will appreciate this drop in class and will take plenty of beating.

He has been racing well without a lot of luck recently, but Lenny Cortez should be able to go forward from Box 3 tonight and make his own luck on pace, so I’m going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi.

For value, I’m also going to include both Rebel Road and Super Archie to finish in the first four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 3 Lenny Cortez (Win)
  • 2 Rebel Road (Top 4)
  • 4 Super Archie (Top 4)
Richmond: Race 7 (8:57pm AEDT)
No. 1 Esther's Diva

Esther’s Diva will take winning form into Race 7 at Richmond tonight and can make it two in a row.

The Daughter of Fernando Bale simply doesn’t know how to run a bad race and has finished worse than second just once in her last seven starts, winning on three occasions.

She can go straight to the lead from Box 1 and will be tough to catch.

Richmond: Race 9 (9:38pm AEDT)
No. 2 Straight Shift

Straight Shift has been outstanding throughout his campaign and can record another win at Richmond tonight.

The son of Fernando Bale has won four of his last five starts and is gunning for a hat-trick this evening following dominant wins at The Gardens.

He’s another runner whose claims on winning have been enhanced by an inside box and I cannot find a reason why he won’t be in the finish.

Richmond: Race 11 (10:18pm AEDT)
No. 1 Hurricane Cortis

Hurricane Cortis looks to have the best box speed of any runner in Race 11 at Richmond tonight and he is another that will take beating from an inside draw.

The son of Aussie Infrared has mixed his form a little, but has run into some good opponents and has been quite luckless.

He might not be offered a better opportunity to win than this.
