$350 into $47,428

One punter just had a MASSIVE Monday morning, turning a $350 bonus cash bet into a payout of over $47K with this five sport, 19 leg multi!

Not interested in playing the long game, every bet unfolded between Saturday night and Monday lunchtime.

It did initially start as a 20-leg multi but was reduced to 19 when the Udinese-Atalanta match from Serie A was postponed with a waterlogged pitch.

That doesn’t make this multi any less ambitious or less impressive though.

It all began in the English Premier League when Burnley hosted Everton and our punter had a surprising amount of faith in Everton… or a total lack of faith in Burnley, who had been nothing short of dreadful themselves.

Still, the first of five “Double Chance” legs came through as Burnley did not win.

In the other Premier League leg our punter was happy to take on the worst team in that division, Sheffield United by taking Leicester to win or draw, while the Foxes will have been disappointed to concede against the impotent Blades, they still won 2-1 thanks to a late goal from Jamie Vardy.

As expected, Borussia Dortmund managed to avoid defeat in their league match against Frankfurt from Germany while in France, Marseille won their match 2-0 with both goals coming after their manager Andre Villas-Boas decided to get himself sent off before halftime.

The two Serie A matches that did go ahead came through for the punter as well, with Lazio and AC Milan both saluting for the multi’s six football legs to pay off.

There was just one leg from the Shakir F1 Grand Prix on Sunday night with our punter backing Racing Point to have both drivers finish in the points.

Admittedly not the most stressful of legs, with Sergio Perez winning the race without Lewis Hamilton to spoil everyone’s entertainment and his teammate Lance Stoll taking third place.

Up next was a trio of aces on the tennis court with our punter dipping into the ATP Challenger series.

In the Campeotano Internacional quarterfinals, it was almost a nervous wait as top seed Roberto Carballes took the first set and dropped the second before cruising to a 6-0 win in the decider.

Then came a pair of quarters from Portugal with Pedro Sousa and Bernabe Zapata both coming away with three set wins, although the Miralles leg was quite impressive as the unseeded Spaniard upset the tournament’s fourth seed Henri Laaskonen.

If you really want to dig a bit deeper, Sousa won the semi final between those two but that wasn’t a part of the multi.

The rest of this multi would be resolved on the gridiron between the college and professional ranks.

In terms of entertainment, the college games were not the most exciting with all three legs getting home comfortable.

Iowa won by 14 over Illinois, Texas pounded Kansas State 69-31 and also warranted a double check to make sure it wasn’t a basketball contest, while Florida controlled the game in its 31-19 win over Tennessee.

All in all, there is just one leg of the multi that really needs mentioning but in the interests of fairness and balance, it’s worth touching on all of them.

The Saints held off the Falcons despite not starting a proper quarterback for the third straight week, the Dolphins dodged the Bengals cheap shots, Green Bay beat the wretched Eagles, Minnesota did enough to beat Jacksonville and the Chiefs overcame a spirited Broncos team.

Then there’s the New York Jets… it’s still tough to comprehend just how bad they are.

Thankfully our punter knew exactly how dreadful they were but would have been sweating bullets right up to the final seconds of the game.

At that point, Jets defensive coordinator Gregg Williams remembered they were still the Jets and gave up the ONE PLAY HE COULD NOT AFFORD TO GIVE UP.

Do you think anyone on the coaching staff or on the field said, “hey that number 11 on Vegas is kind of fast, should we make sure he doesn’t get behind us?”

A normal team would think that, but this is a group that is on the way to making history for all the wrong reasons.

That was also the last play Gregg Williams would call as the Jets defensive coordinator and it’s easy to see why, it’s basically the equivalent of Homer Simpson torching the bridge to the Power Plant on the way out.

Not that our punter would have complained in the slightest, as that helped them to this remarkable win!
