Only nine fixtures are set to be played out in Game Week 11, as a Covid outbreak at Newcastle’s training facility has resulted with the postponement of their fixture against Villa.
Fortunately we still have plenty of delicious fixtures to get around, none more so than the North London Derby on Monday morning (AEST), where the Spurs have the opportunity to solidify their place atop of the League table, while pushing the Gunners closer to the bottom three!

POSTPONED DUE TO COVID
After getting away to a world beating start to the season, the Toffees have endured a dramatic dip in form.
Ancelotti’s side have picked up one win across their last six starts, conceding 12 goals across the trip.
Meanwhile, Burnley have been trash since day dot, Sean Dyche’s side possess less fire power than the Swiss defence force, managing to find the net on just four occasions this season.
Everton’s front three is as good as any in the league right now and should be able to make up for their shaky defence against the misfiring Clarets.
After seeing the Foxes off in GW10, the Cottagers will need to pull another Rabbit out of their hat if they’re expecting to take anything away this contest.
The Citizens made a statement last week, piling on five unanswered goals against the hapless Clarets, with Mahrez notching up his first hat trick in five years.
City have won their last nine fixtures against Fulham in all competitions, outscoring their opponents 27-3 across the trip.
With not much value to be found in the H2H market, I’m happy to give the Cottagers a three goal head start in this one.
Both West Ham and Man U will be out to extend their win streak to four league matches when they take to Olympic Stadium on Sunday morning (AEST).
Man United wound back the clock, completing an extraordinary comeback from 2-0 down, Edison Cavani was the hero, snatching the game winner deep into Fergie time, the 3-2 result ensured the Red Devils kept their perfect record on the road in tact (4W).
Upon closer inspection, the Hammers win streak can largely be attributed to a favourable run of fixtures, with wins over Villa, Sheffield and Fulham.
United a coming off a disappointing defeat against PSG midweek, Ole’s side has bounced back strongly from defeat this season and I’m expecting them to get up for this one.
Chelsea have the opportunity to leapfrog both Liverpool and the Spurs into 1st place on the league ladder should they see off the Whites at the Bridge.
Leeds swagger into this contest off the back of two positive results against the Gunners and Everton and will be searching for their 6th away win of the season (2L).
They’ll have to get past a Blues outfit who are undefeated across their last 12 fixtures in all comps, impressively keeping nine clean sheets across the trip.
Chelsea have got their tails up at the moment and I can’t see Leeds troubling the home side here.
West Brom vs Crystal Palace is shaping up to be a real humdinger!
The Baggies have netted TWICE in their last seven league fixtures, somehow managing a solitary win across that trip.
While Palace have been kept scoreless across their past two outings to bottom feeders Burnley and the inconsistent Newcastle.
The Eagles have won two of the last three meetings against the Baggies (1D) and I’m backing them to bounce back to winning ways here.
Leicester stumble into this contest in disgusting form, losing out to relegation favourites Fulham in Game Week 10.
Fortunately for the Foxes, they have been given the opportunity to bounce back against the weakest squad in the league.
The Blades have never been blunter! 10 games into the season, they have mustered up one lonely competition point and four measly goals!
How the Foxes are at even money in the H2H market has me baffled, ‘Leicester to win’ as my tip of the season.
The North London Derby!
The tides have well and truely turned in the battle for supremacy, Gunners fans will always have their invincible season, but how long can they clutch onto the past while their crosstown rivals compete in the present?
Form usually gets thrown out the window when it comes to this fixture, but in Arsenal’s case it’s just too hard to ignore, mustering up just one win and two goals across their last six league fixtures.
All the while, Tottenham have carved their way to the top of the table, with their only league defeat coming way back in GW1!
The Gunners last away win to the Spurs in the league was in 2014, I’m backing this run to continue with a clinical performance from Jose’s boys.
The Reds were surprised last time out against Brighton, conceding a late pen to gift the Seagulls a historic point.
Alternatively, the Wolves piled on the misery for the Gunners, claiming a 2-1 victory despite tragically loosing star striker Raul Jimenez early in the piece to a skull fracture.
Diogo Jota has been a breath of fresh air at the Merseyside, the former Wolverhampton winger has scored four goals across his last five Premier League appearances, and is yet to be left off the scoresheet at Anfield!
I’m backing the Portuguese live-wire to lift the Reds to their seventh successive league victory over his former side.
We’re dealt an intriguing fixture to wrap-up Game Week 11 as Southampton head to Amex Stadium to take on the Seagulls.
Brighton are out to extend a three match undefeated run with includes results against Liverpool, Villa and Burley.
Standing in their way is a Saints outfit who succumb to their first defeat since GW2, when Cavani stole the match for United in the dying moments.
Southampton are a side playing in complete unison at the moment, are lethal from set pieces and have no real chinks in their armour. On top of their sensational form, the Saints have never lost to Brighton in Premier League history, and I’m backing them to get the job done here.
