Fire Legend has gone to another level recently and strikes another winnable race at Wentworth Park tonight.
The son of Fernando Bale has won each of his last six starts, including the Group 2 Lismore Cup, and two at this track and distance.
His form from out wide is good, and I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.
Chrissie Banner will take winning form into the seventh at Wentworth Park tonight and looks up to making it two in a row.
The daughter of Mister Twister has missed placing only twice in her last eight appearances, but her win over 618m at Richmond last week was particularly eye-catching.
She can go straight to the lead tonight and will be tough to run down.
Good Odds Armani has been a model of consistency this preparation, and strikes another winnable race at Wentworth Park tonight.
The son of Collision rarely returns a poor effort, and won at this track and distance two back before filling the minors behind Jabeni last time out.
He’ll have the benefit of an empty box on his outside for this race and can fight out the finish.
This shapes as a race in two between Brown Sphere and Kurios Motion, and I am eager to place a Same Race Multi.
Brown Sphere was luckless from a central box at Dapto last week, but his form prior was good and he is drawn to receive all of the favours in this contest, while Kurios Motion has been consistent, and will just require even luck from out wide.
I can’t split them, so I’m going to select both runners to finish in the top two, and add Drink Beer to run in the top four for extra value.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 1 Brown Sphere (Top 2)
- 8 Kurios Motion (Top 2)
- 5 Drink Beer (Top 4)
