Wentworth Park: Race 5 (8:27pm AEDT)
No. 4 Ritza Coen

Ritza Coen has been racing well and strikes a winnable contest at Wentworth Park tonight.

The son of Collision recorded four wins in succession including three at this track and distance last month, and he was last seen finishing a close-up second from out wide.

He’s rock-hard fit, will have the benefit of an empty box on his outside and looks the runner to beat.

Wentworth Park: Race 6 (8:47pm AEDT)
Same Race Multi

Cape Fernando will take winning form into the sixth at Wentworth Park tonight and is the runner to beat again.

The son of Fernando Bale hasn’t missed a placing at his last four appearances, including a dominant performance over 600m at Richmond last week.

He goes on top of our Same Race Multi.

I think that Carry The One is clearly the second pick, so I’m going to select her to finish in the first two, while Flash Cortis adds value to finish in the first four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 4 Cape Fernando (Win)
  • 1 Carry The One (Top 2)
  • 6 Flash Cortis (Top 4)
each way
Wentworth Park: Race 8 (9:24pm AEDT)
No. 1 Minor Miss

Minor Miss will take winning form into the eighth at Wentworth Park tonight and is over the odds to win again ($12 at publish).

The daughter of Fernando Bale mixed her form a little earlier this preparation, but her last few performances have suggested that the penny has dropped, and her win at this track and distance last time was the best of her campaign.

She should enjoy a nice run from Box 1, and we can have a genuine each-way play at the price.

Wentworth Park: Race 9 (9:49pm AEDT)
No. 1 Me Me Mia

Me Me Mia will relish the conditions of Race 9 at Wentworth Park tonight and can return to winning form.

The daughter of Fernando Bale has mixed her form a little, but she has won two of her last four starts, including one in particularly slick time at Bulli two starts back.

She can go straight to the lead from Box 1 and will be tough to run down over just 280m.
