This shapes as one of the better contests on tonight’s card at Albion Park, and a runner like Magical Bill represents a key winning chance at a lovely price.
The son of Fernando Bale rarely returns a poor effort, and he hasn’t finished worse than second at his last seven starts, winning on four occasions.
This is a small rise in class from last week’s impressive win at this track and distance, but he is rock-hard fit and should be given every opportunity again.
Farmor Beach has clearly found top gear, and he looks the runner to beat again in Race 7 at Albion Park tonight.
The son of Fernando Bale has continued to improve with racing since resuming this time, but has won each of his last three starts in impressive fashion, and in slick time.
He can use his good box speed to go straight to the lead tonight and he will give them something to chase.
Magical Hope will take winning form into Race 8 at Albion Park tonight and looks well placed to make it two in a row.
The talented daughter of Fernando Bale has been a model of consistency recently, and was rewarded for her form with an impressive and comfortable win from a central box at this track and distance, last week.
She’ll have the benefit of an empty box on her outside for this contest, and needs only even luck in running to be in the finish again.
It’s A Trick will have conditions to suit at Albion Park tonight and looks the runner to beat in Race 9.
The son of Kinloch Brae was an impressive winner here three starts back, and has returned two competitive though luckless efforts in the wake.
He goes on top of tonight’s Same Race Multi.
For value, I’m also going to select Are You Lochie to finish in the first three, and Emmaville Bella to finish in the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 2 It’s A Trick (Win)
- 1 Are Jay Lochie (Top 3)
- 8 Emmaville Bella (Top 4)
