Atomic Icon will take winning form into the sixth at Healesville this afternoon and looks well placed to make it two in a row.
The son of Kinloch Brae has mixed his form a little, but his performance at this track and distance last week was particularly eye-catching and in slick time.
He can stay away from traffic from Box 1 and will take beating again.
Midnight Drifter loves racing down the straight at Healesville, particularly from a wide draw, and he gets conditions to suit again this afternoon.
The son of Walk Hard has won two of his last four starts, finishing second on another occasion, and he was last seen beating a decent field to the line comfortably last week.
He’s rock-hard fit and with even luck, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.
Sharky’s Wish has been a model of consistency and he is ready to win at Richmond tonight.
The son of Barcia Bale tracked from well from Box 3 to fill the minors of a tougher race at Wentworth Park last week, and is drawn to receive all the favours tonight.
He goes on top of our Same Race Multi.
For value, I’m also going to select You Know Why and One Shadow to finish in the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 1 Sharky’s Wish (Win)
- 3 You Know Why (Top 4)
- 7 One Shadow (Top 4)
This looks a race in two between Tigress Eye and Magic Emgrand, so I’m going to have a quinella.
Tigress Eye has been a strong and consistent performer this time and was last seen recording a dominant win over 537m.
Magic Emgrand has been a notable runner for many preparations now and has continued to return high-quality efforts in decent races.
