Four goals, 17 behinds.
17 behinds!!!
The boys are frustrated, Fages is not happy and I’ve got to hire a plasterer as a result of my Alistair Clarkson-Esque moment after punching a wall on Tuesday night.
"We practice and practice and practice. It's been an issue for us. We're not avoiding it." – Fagan talks about our team's inaccuracy in front of goal.

There’s no doubt we were outclassed by the Tigers at Metricon, but the inaccuracy at goal has been at the forefront of everyone’s minds at Lions HQ over the past 72 hours.
On Wednesday, I found my old Peter Diacos Goalmaster VHS tape and took it down to the Gabba (well left it at reception) as my contribution to help the boys.
But enough dwelling on the shots at goal on Tuesday night, time to focus in on our third game in eight days against the Doggies.
We’re back at the Gabba, back in front of a proper home crowd (well, as much as there can be) and we’ll get back on the winners’ list.
The Western Bulldogs are in for a world of pain come Saturday night with these Lions on the rebound.
The Gabba has hosted a lot of footy of recent, but it hasn’t featured the mighty Brisbane Lions (proudly sponsored by Neds) for a bloody long time.
It just doesn’t feel right.
Backing up for a third game in eight days is a hard ask.
Cam Rayner being out of the team for a few weeks isn’t ideal, but we’ve got plenty of talent to fill the void.
However, our boys are up for the task at hand.
The Western Bulldogs are no easy beat and they were highly competitive against Port on Monday night.
But we know our boys are going to come out breathing fire and ready to attack, attack, attack with a focus on kicking straight.
There were still plenty of positives to come out of last week, and we know what the elephant in the room is which has no doubt been addressed.
More shots on goal, more inside 50’s, just can’t convert.

I honestly think the Bulldogs are in for a tough night at the office, with the Lions back on their Gabba fortress and on the rebound.
Good luck with that Bevo and co.
Neds, proud sponsor of the Brisbane Lions are offering $3 for Charlie Cameron to kick a goal in the first quarter.
Max Bet $50.
A couple of early goals from the Lions superstar in the first quarter, and we’ll be simply cruising down the highway on our motorcycle fully revved up.
We’re going to take a break from how many disposals 2020 Brownlow medalist Lachie Neale will get this weekend.
Instead, with the focus on kicking and the teams accuracy in front of goal, I’m expecting goals.
Lots of goals.
Lots of goals for the 2020 standard of Football.
Make no mistake, our boys are making a statement this Saturday night and there will be plenty of sausage rolls from the Lions in this game.
The bookies have set the total goals line for Brisbane at 9.5 – back the OVER!
“I apologise to our fans, a lot of those goals were …relatively easy’”
The Captain’s not pulling any punches, but looking forward to getting back onto the Gabba in front of Lions fans.
