Albion Park: Race 5 (6:48pm)
Same Race Multi

We’ve got a pretty clear-cut favourite in Special Was It going around in the fifth at Albion Park this evening, and it looks a great opportunity to place a Same Race Multi.

Special Was It has been racing well in tougher contests than this one recently and was last seen recording a dominant win from out wide here last so, so he goes on top of our multi.

The other two that have caught my eye here are Forever Diamonds and Blue Rocky, so I’m going to select them to finish in the first two and four respectively.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 1 Special Was It (Win)
  • 2 Forever Diamonds (Top 2)
  • 4 Blue Rocky (Top 4)
Albion Park: Race 7 (7:28pm)
No. 4 Bow Baby

Bow Baby has found peak condition and looks the one to beat again in Race 7 at Albion Park tonight.

The daughter of Keybow has continued to improve with each start recently, culminating in consecutive wins at this track and distance most recently.

She can use her good box speed to overcome the central draw and will take beating.

Albion Park: Race 8 (7:48pm)
No. 1 Farmor Crownies

Farmor Crownies will take winning form into the eighth at Albion Park tonight and looks well placed to make it two in a row.

The son of Velocette has missed a place just once in his last seven appearances, but his last-start effort was easily his best performance of late, and a repeat from Box 1 tonight would see him winning again.

Albion Park: Race 12 (9:05pm)
No. 6 Blended

Blended hasn’t been seen at the races since May, but he is a quality greyhound and is up to winning this race at a genuine each-way price ($12 at publish).

The son of Lochinvar Marlow ran some good races south of the border during his recent prep, winning three in succession at The Gardens and Gosford most notably.

This is a pretty open race and I am happy to take the value around this runner.
