Daily Racing Tips – Wednesday, June 10

Sale: Race 5 (2:10pm)
No. 6 Write Enuff

This is probably the toughest race that Write Enuff has contested since resuming, but she has returned to the races in career-best form this preparation and can continue her rise through the grades.

The four-year-old sister of Rich Enuff finished second behind the talented Pariano in each of her first two starts this time in, and was rewarded for her building form and consistency with a tough on-pace win here last time out.

She can go straight to the lead from barrier 4 and will give them something to chase.

Canterbury: Race 4 (3:10pm)
No. 7 Milunka

Milunka will take winning form into the fourth race at Canterbury this afternoon and is primed to win again.

The four-year-old daughter of All Too Hard has so far recorded two race wins and a further three minors from only seven career starts so far and returned from a long break to score a dominant win in BM72 company here at Canterbury.

She’ll only improve for that effort and gets the services of Hugh Bowman this afternoon.

Sale: Race 8 (3:55pm)
No. 7 Walking Flying

This is a big drop in class for Walking Flying and she will take plenty of beating at Sale this afternoon.

The Tavistock filly returned some lovely efforts upon resuming in March, running third in the Group 3 Auraria Stakes over the 1800m at Morphettville before stepping out in the Group 1 Australasian Oaks, finishing a length and a half fifth behind Toffee Tongue.

Anything close to that performance would see her beating these rivals with ease, and she looks a touch of overs at her current price ($3.40 at publish).

Canterbury: Race 6 (4:20pm)
No. 8 Lillemor

Lillemor will take winning form into the last at Canterbury today and looks well placed to make it two in a row.

The John O’Shea-trained filly stamped herself as a horse to follow during an impressive debut campaign and has continued to improve with each start back from a spell, culminating in a lovely win in BM66 company here at Canterbury last time out.

Importantly, she’s raced very well on a heavy track previously and she needs only even luck in running to be in the finish again.
