Wentworth Park: Race 5 (8:25pm)
No. 7 Sunset Bourbski

Sunset Bourbski has been a model of consistency recently and strikes another winnable contest at Wentworth Park tonight.

The daughter of Fernando Bale took a few to get going earlier in her preparation, but mustered a lightning turn of foot to score a dominant win at Ballarat three back, arriving in New South Wales for consecutive second-placings at Richmond and here at Wentworth Park.

As long as she crosses the field, she’ll take beating.

Wentworth Park: Race 6 (8:45pm)
No. 8 Green Siren

Green Siren will take winning form into the sixth race at Wentworth Park tonight and can continue his rise through the grades.

The son of Kinloch Brae has only made three appearances at the races so far, but has improved noticeably with each, culminating in a dominant win in slick time at Gosford last time out.

Any improvement on that effort would just see him winning again.

Wentworth Park: Race 7 (9:07pm)
Same Race Multi

There is a pretty clear standout top pick in Race 7 at Wentworth Park tonight and it will take a herculean effort for something to beat Utah Express.

The son of Barcia Bale has made only four appearances at the races so far, but has won on three occasions, all in very fast time, so I’m going to pick him as the winner in tonight’s Same Race Multi.

I think Grand Carter will get a nice run on the speed from Box 2, and Rodger Bullet has claims on running a place, so I’m going to select those two dogs to finish in the first four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 3 Utah Express (Win)
  • 2 Grand Carter (Top 4)
  • 8 Rodger Bullet (Top 4)
Wentworth Park: Race 8 (9:30pm)
No. 2 Mottza

Mottza rarely runs a bad race and can return to winning form at Wentworth Park tonight.

The son of Fernando Bale hasn’t missed a place at his last eight appearances, winning on four occasions, and interestingly the last time that he left from Box 2, he was a smart winner at Richmond.

Looking for a similar performance tonight.
