Angle Park: Race 5 (7:55pm)
Same Race Multi

Lavish Pedro has gone to another level recently and looms as the one to beat in Race 5 at Angle Park tonight.

The son of Where’s Pedro took a couple of tune up, but his last two efforts, both dominant wins have been outstanding, so I’m going to select him as the winner in tonight’s Same Race Multi.

Raging Critter and Hesa Marlow are both more than capable under the right conditions, so I’m also going to select both runners to finish in the first four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 8 Lavish Pedro (Win)
  • 2 Raging Critter (Top 4)
  • 5 Hesa Marlow (Top 4)
Angle Park: Race 6 (8:18pm)
No. 8 Long Gully Wilma

Long Gully Wilma has been a strong and consistent performer recently and looks up to winning the sixth at Angle Park tonight.

The daughter of Barcia Bale hasn’t missed a place at her last seven appearances, winning two in succession two and three start backed, before finishing second at this track and distance last time out.

She needs only even luck from out wide to be in the finish again.

Angle Park: Race 8 (8:58pm)
No. 1 Cawbourne Snow

This looms as one of the more open contests at Angle Park tonight and Cawbourne Snow has claims on winning at a price ($7.50 at publish).

The daughter of Cawbourne Frank has mixed her form a little, but she took up the running here last week and never appeared in doubt, extending to score by close to four lengths.

A repeat of that effort, under virtually identical conditions would see her into the finish.

Angle Park: Race 10 (9:40pm)
No. 2 Heart And Soul

Heart And Soul was an impressive last-start winner and looks to have conditions to suit again at Angle Park tonight.

The daughter of Barcia Bale has returned some pleasing efforts this campaign, but her run at Murray Bridge last time out suggested that she has found peak condition.

She can use her good box speed to go straight to the lead and she will give them something to chase.
