each way
Healesville: Race 8 (1:39pm)
No. 1 Heidi Intention

Heidi Intention has placed in two of three starts at this track and distance and looms as a winning chance again today, at a nice price ($8.50 at publish).

The daughter of Banjo Boy has been a model of consistency recently and recorded a well-deserved win two back, before filling he minors last time out.

She can hug the rails and stay away from early trouble and can fight out the finish again.

Healesville: Race 10 (2:14pm)
Same Race Multi

Always Primed has returned two enormous efforts most recently and is ready to win at Healesville this afternoon.

After drawing Box 1, I’m going to select him to win today’s Same Race Multi.

The other two that have caught my eye are Serious Mayhem and Mystic Don jumping from boxes two and three, so I’m going to select both to finish in the top four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 1 Always Primed (Win)
  • 2 Serious Mayhem (Top 4)
  • 3 Mystic Don (Top 4)
Richmond: Race 6 (8:57pm)
No. 3 Touring Soon

Touring Soon will take winning form into the sixth at Richmond tonight and looks well placed to make it two in a row.

The daughter of Dyna Double One has returned some lovely efforts recently, but her last-start win was particularly eye-catching and suggested that she has found peak condition.

She needs only even luck to take beating again.

best bet
Richmond: Race 8 (9:39pm)
No. 8 Tap Out Sniper

Tap Out Sniper is another runner that has gone to another level recently and he looms as the one to beat again in the eighth at Richmond tonight.

The son of Fernando Bale rarely runs a bad race and is probably unlucky not to be seeking a hat-trick of wins tonight, having just missed at this track and distance last week.

A wide draw suits and he is my best bet of the day.
