Feature racing continues in the Sunshine state this weekend with a very good meeting taking place at Doomben.
There are plenty of even fields and I’ve even found a couple of trifectas to get around to try and line the pockets.

One Shy Ruby is clearly the horse to beat in the opening event of the day at Doomben.
The Rubick filly was only narrowly denied by the talented Smart ‘N’ Sexy at Listed level last start and she will appreciate the step back in distance here.
Man Of Sinn was the run of the race in the Rough Habit other than the winner Ballistic Boy, and he will be tough to beat with even luck in my opinion.
The grey gelding by Reliable Man is bred to stay and he should be plenty fit for this contest.
This is a very open sprint race over the 1050m with plenty of winning chances.
I’m happy to take on a few of the favourites here and box a few up at nice odds down the bottom of the weights.
With the scratching of Scout, I’m happy to be with Scathing who opened his campaign with two impressive wins before stepping up in grade.
He is much better suited here and is the one to beat.
La Pulga is a four year old gelding with plenty of talent who has managed seven wins from 21 career race starts including three of his past six.
He won first up over an unsuitable distance before finishing sixth beaten 2.6 lengths behind Gaulois last time out.
He will appreciate the step up in distance and maps to get a nice run in transit.
Soxagon has been a very consistent galloper over his 15 career race starts netting five wins and a further six placings in that time.
He strung together two wins to kick start his campaign before a narrow defeat behind Red Chase at Eagle Farm last time out.
He was pipped right on the line so the step back in distance is ideal and he is better suited to Doomben in my opinion.
Twitchy Frank has been very consistent at this level down south for quite some time and he is right in a race like this from the inside draw.
Star Reflection is capable of a high rating performance on her day and she represents value at the double figures considering she drops considerably in weight for this contest.
Krone was flashing over the top late in the Group 2 Dane Ripper last time out at Eagle Farm and she looks like the step up in distance will not be an issue for her.
She draws a much better barrier for this assignment and gets in well at the weights.
A very tough way to finish the day with plenty of winning chances.
Let’s have a throw at the stumps with a boxed trifecta.
