While we’re all excited for the Rugba-League to return this Thursday night, we here at Neds Available World of Sports are not going to forget the sports that have given us hope over the past little while.
That’s why we’re getting around the Table Tennis tournament that will never end – Ukraine’s Setka Cup this afternoon (3 pm AEST)
The clash between Vicarious Vladislav Ratushniak and Voluptuous Viacheslav Diachenko is set to be an absolute belter.
Voluptuous Viacheslav is coming off a good week in the Setka Cup having won three out of his five matchups and will take plenty of confidence into this hit out.
As for Vicarious Vladislav, he had only won two out of his three games last week but has the distinct record of beating Diachenko 3-0 head to head.
Ratsuhniak will go into this match the clear favourite based on his dominance of Diachenko, however, for the value, I’ve got Voluptuous Viaheslav to win the first set to really shake things up in this one.
Weather betting has been another trusty favourite of ours over the past few weeks, especially in Perth given the time difference.
She’s been a bit rough in the West Australian capital of recent with storms doing but of damage over the weekend, and another cold and very wet one is forecast for Perth today.
The BOM is predicting “Cloudy. Very high (near 100%) chance of showers, becoming less likely late this afternoon and evening. Damaging winds possible during the morning. Possible hail in the southeast this afternoon. Winds westerly 35 to 55 km/h decreasing to 30 to 45 km/h in the morning then turning southwesterly 25 to 40 km/h in the late afternoon. Max 18 degrees.”
Batten down the hatches Sandgropers, she’s a rough and cold one to start the working week.
The max temp in the 5-way market is the best value at the current $4.50 price.
