Albion Park: Race 5 (4:57pm)
No. 2 Arriba

Arriba has returned some pleasing efforts recently and will take beating in the fifth at Albion Park this afternoon. The daughter of Kinloch Brae recorded consecutive wins here two and three starts back, both in slick time, and finished less than two lengths from the winner when jumping from the outside box last time out. She’s rock-hard fit and will take beating from Box 2.

Albion Park: Race 6 (5:17pm)
Same Race Multi

Little Rippa will take winning form into the sixth at Albion Park today and will take beating again. The daughter of Paw Licking doesn’t know how to run a bad race, but her last-start effort was particularly slick and a repeat would see her winning again, so I’m going to select her to win in today’s Same Race Multi. Federal Wozza is drawn to receive a lovely run, so I’m also going to select him to finish in the top three, while Dynamic Trav looks a touch of overs at his current price.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

No. 8 Little Rippa (Win)
No. 1 Federal Wozza (Top 3)
No. 3 Dynamic Trav (Top 4)

best bet
Albion Park: Race 8 (5:55pm)
No. 6 Mrs. Sing

Ordinarily, I’d be extremely worried about a dog leaving from Box 6, but Mrs. Sing has good form from central to wide boxes and she’ll take beating in a race of this quality at Albion Park. The daughter of Thirty Talks hasn’t missed a place at her last six appearances, winning on three of those occasions. With appropriate luck, it’s tough imagining any of these rivals besting her.

Albion Park: Race 9 (6:19pm)
No. 3 Crazy Zane

Former South Australian Crazy Zane hasn’t been seen at the races since January, but clearly brings an entirely unique form line into this race and I am happy to have something on him each-way at the price ($22 at publish). The son of Oaks Road was a strong and consistent performer last time in, winning three in succession at Angle Park and Gawler and ending his prep a close-up second over 400m.
