Surprise Package has returned some lovely efforts recently and looms as the one to beat in the fifth at Albion Park tonight.
The daughter of Kinloch Brae recorded a lovely win at this track and distance and from this draw three back, and she has since finished third and fourth in a couple of strong races from central and inside draws.
She’s rock-hard fit and is suited to jumping from out wide.
Hey Macarena is seeking a hat-trick of wins when she steps out in the sixth at Albion Park tonight and looks capable of pulling it off.
The daughter of Dyna Villa did take a few to find strong and consistent form, but her last two efforts, particularly last week’s run at this track and distance have been particularly slick.
She’ll need luck from the central draw but boasts good box speed and will take beating.
Arriba typically flies the boxes and if she does that tonight, she’ll be hard to catch over the 331m.
The daughter of Kinloch Brae has recorded three wins from her last five starts, including two in particularly slick time at this track and distance.
With even luck, I can’t find a reason why she won’t be in the finish again.
Gemma Black has returned some enormous performances since debuting and this looks one of her better chances of winning to date.
The daughter of Fabregas has recorded two wins and a close-up second from only five career starts and looks to have plenty of upside, so I’m going to select her to win tonight’s Same Race Multi.
For a little extra value, I’m also going to pick both Sylvan and Vinnia Bale to finish in the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 3 Gemma Black (Win)
- 1 Sylvan (Top 4)
- 2 Vinnia Bale (Top 4)
