The fourth week of the Belarusian Premier League kicks off with the highly anticipated clash between Neman Grodno and Belshina Bobruisk.
Neman go into this game coming off gaining a solid point away at Shakhtyor last weekend making it two games without a loss and will hope to make it three games unbeaten.
The Belshina boys remain the only team yet to register a single point to their names in the BPL this season and are coming off their third successive loss this time at the hands of Gorodeya.
An away trip to Neman Grodno is a daunting prospect for Belshina with the home team having just lost just one of their past six at the ground.
While Neman goes into this match the favourite, it’s hard to get a read on them this season but their start has been nothing short of phenomenal and the Grodno Army are starting to believe.
Belshina has only scored one goal this season in their first three games and will be desperate to get their 2020 BPL season back on track, for that, I believe they can hold them to a Draw.
We love a good radio countdown and the good folk at Nova are coming to the party with a countdown of the best songs from the 90s/2000s – an outstanding era of music.
With the countdown lasting all Easter weekend and 300 spots up for grabs, it’s set to be a hit-parade of nothing but all-time bangers.
The offering on the Nova countdown will mean a less snobby and far more mainstream offering to what you would get in the Triple J Hottest 100 – however, Wonderwall by Oasis (Which won the JJJ Hottest 100 in 1995) is the favourite to win at $7.
Our market for this countdown is wide, full of bangers and full of great value.
For mine, I think the Backstreet Boys 1998 classic “I Want it That Way” can and will appeal to a wider range of voters and is every chance to come home top of the pops when it wraps up on Easter Monday.
