Ipswich: Race 7 (5:39pm AEDT)
No. 3 Preferred Lies

Preferred Lies is seeking a hat-trick of wins when she steps out in the seventh at Ipswich tonight. The daughter of Barcia Bale rarely runs a bad race, but her last two performances, both dominant wins at this track and distance and in slick time suggested that she has found peak condition. She needs only step well from the awkward draw to fight out the finish again.

Gosford: Race 6 (8:38pm AEDT)
No. 2 Stelly Girl

Stelly Girl has continued to improve with racing recently and strikes a very winnable one at Gosford tonight. The daughter of Fabregas doesn’t win out of turn, but she’s hit the line well from out wide to fill the minors at her last two and this does look an easier task for her. With even luck, she’s ready to win.

Gosford: Race 7 (8:58pm AEDT)
No. 4 Sheza Party Girl

Sheza Party Girl will take winning form into the seventh at Gosford and looks well placed to make it two in a row. The daughter of Barcia Bale has missed a place only once at her last seven appearances and mustered an eye-catching turn of foot to salute by close to five lengths at this track and distance last time out. A repeat of that effort would see her hard to beat again.

Gosford: Race 10 (9:58pm AEDT)
No. 4 Sticky Wicket

Sticky Wicket simply does not know how to run a bad race and even from the potentially awkward box 4, will be tough to beat at Gosford tonight. The daughter of My Bro Fabio hasn’t missed a place at her last seven starts, winning on two occasions and was last seen hitting the line to finish second in decent company at The Gardens. She’s rock-hard fit and ready to win again.
