Angle Park: Race 5 (8:34pm AEDT)
No. 6 Miss Takiri

Miss Takiri has found top gear and is primed to make it three in a row when she steps out at Angle Park tonight. The daughter of Worm Burner rarely runs a bad race but her two most recent efforts, both at this track and distance, have been particularly slick and importantly, have come from wide boxes. She’ll have the benefit of an empty draw on her inside tonight and I can’t find a reason why she won’t be in the finish again.

No. 2 Feelin'

This is a step up in class for Feelin’ but you simply cannot argue with her outstanding winning form, and I think that she looks up to this race at around the $7.50 mark. The daughter of El Grand Senor has won six of her last eight starts, running second on the other two occasions and relishes leaving from an inside draw.

Hobart: Race 6 (9:25pm AEDT)
No. 6 My Desiree

My Desiree will take winning form into the sixth at Hobart tonight and looks beautifully placed to make it two in a row. The daughter of Fernando Bale has returned several pleasing efforts recently, but her run from Box 5 at this track and distance last week was nothing short of outstanding and anything close to that would see her beating this lot. She harbours good box speed and can put herself straight onto the pace.

Hobart: Race 9 (10:31pm AEDT)
No. 1 Snow Baroque

Snow Baroque has been airborne of late and strikes another very winnable race at Hobart this evening. The daughter of Fernando Bale has won three out of her last four starts, two in particularly slick time and two in succession leading into this. She can make all of her own luck from the inside draw and will take plenty of beating.
