Whodat Lookin’ rarely runs a bad race and looms as a live chance of winning the fifth at Sandown Park tonight, at a nice price ($8 at publish). The son of Dyna Double One has recorded two wins in his last four starts, including one at this track and distance two back, and he was last seen hitting the line with intent to finish second over 525m at The Meadows. With even luck from out wide, he can fight out the finish again.
Dyna Smokey was hampered for a run at Sale last time out, but his form prior was good, and he is over the odds to win the seventh at Sandown Park. The classy son of Kc And All stormed home to beat a decent field by more than five lengths at The Meadows three back, and produced another good effort to finish second over 440m a couple of weeks ago. He is rock-hard fit and should be given every opportunity to performer from box 2.
Terren’s Close is seeking a hat-trick of wins when he steps out at Sandown Park tonight and looks well placed to pull it off. The son of Unlawful Entry has been a standout performer this campaign and has returned plenty of excellent efforts and results, but his two most recent races have been particularly slick and a repeat of either would see him winning again.
Shanlyn Charlott failed to fire from an inside draw last time out, but she is a runner that loves jumping from out wide and is offered a great opportunity to atone at Sandown Park tonight. The daughter of Dyna Double One recorded consecutive wins here at Sandown Park two and three runs back, but was immediately hampered at The Meadows earlier this week and couldn’t get into the contest.
