The Meadows: Race 5 (8:07pm AEDT)
No. 1 Philadelphia Pip

Philadelphia Pip has found excellent form of late and looks tough to beat in the fifth at The Meadows tonight. The daughter of Walk Hard recorded consecutive wins at Warrnambool and Sandown Park before a decent run at Wentworth Park in Sydney for second. She’s rock-hard fit and can settle in behind the early pace from Box 1.

The Meadows: Race 6 (8:28pm AEDT)
No. 7 Kessler Bale

Kessler Bale relishes jumping from out wide and with even luck, he’ll be hard to hold out at The Meadows tonight. The son of Dyna Villa doesn’t win out of turn, but he typically steps out in excellent company and saluted in Group 3 company the last time that he did win. I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.

The Meadows: Race 8 (9:05pm AEDT)
No. 2 Halberd Bale

Halberd Bale typically keeps his best performances for The Meadows and looks well placed for a return to winning form tonight. The son of Fernando Bale was checked out of the race and didn’t finish last week, but his performance at this track and distance two back was dominant and a repeat would render him tough to beat again.

The Meadows: Race 10 (9:50pm AEDT)
No. 1 Dove's Cry

Dove’s Cry is an above-average athlete and is primed to win the tenth at The Meadows tonight. The daughter of Magic Sprite simply wins more often than not and has been reeling off some fast times throughout her campaign. As long as she steps well, it’s tough imagining any of these besting her.
