China O’Brien has shown decent ability during her short racing career and can return to winning form in the first at Wentworth Park this evening. Daughter of My Bro Fabio recorded a smart win over 515m at Gosford last month and has fought home well at her three most-recent starts. She can make all of her own luck from Box 1.
Nearly Blue has been a strong and consistent performer recently and looks up to winning again at Wentworth Park tonight. The son of Lochinvar Marlow has recorded two wins at his last four starts and is rock-hard fit for this assignment. Just Terms will be extremely difficult to beat, but there is no doubt that Nearly Blue is over the odds at around the $11 mark (at publish) and he can certainly help fill the minors.
Veloce Nero will carry winning form into the seventh at Wentworth Park tonight and looks well placed to make it two in a row. The daughter of Fernando Bale has been in excellent form for a while now, but he last-start win was particularly gritty and a repeat of that effort from Box 2 tonight would see her winning again.
Ellie Belles doesn’t win out of turn, but she’s got conditions to suit in the penultimate race at Wentworth Park tonight and can bounce back into the winner’s stall. The daughter of My Bro Fabio can go straight to the lead from Box 1 and will give them something to chase.
