Poacher will carry winning form into the first at Wentworth Park tonight and looks beautifully placed to make it two in a row. The son of Fabregas has returned several pleasing efforts recently, but his last start effort suggested that he has found peak condition, and the outside box on his outside could prove to be extremely beneficial tonight.
Zipping Potter has been a model of consistency this time and looks a genuine chance again in the third at Wentworth Park tonight. The son of Mogambo hasn’t missed a place in his last ten starts and won in Grade 5 company two back, before another decent effort to finish third over 618m at Richmond last time out.
Winlock Ramirez faces a rise in class tonight, but she has been airborne of late and will take plenty of beating again. The one-year-old mustered an eye-catching turn of foot to record an easy win at Goulburn last week to win by close to four lengths, in what was Grade 5 company. There are some decent runners in this race, but she is one of them.
Back Up #2 Wolf Bear
Wolf Bear looks the major danger and I’m eager to utilise a Back Up.
