All In War will carry winning form into the first at Moruya today and looks well placed to make it two in a row. The Matt Dale-trained filly showed good ability to finish fourth on debut at Corowa, before recording a smart win at Gundagai last time out. This is harder, but he’ll take further improvement into it and is drawn a peach in barrier 3.
Acquittal has a class edge over the lion’s share of horses in the second at Moruya today and should be winning. The Nicconi gelding has typically races in far tougher contests than this one and ran second behind Noble Boy at Warwick Farm in February, before another credible performance in decent company when fourth on the Kensington course at Randwick last time out. His best would see him finishing many lengths ahead of these.
Endymion has improved for two career starts and looks a live chance of breaking his maiden third-up at a price today ($7.50 at publish). The Exceed And Excel gelding ran home fairly to finish fourth over 800m a Parkes on debut, before hitting the line to finish second at this track and distance last time out. He’s another horse that should carry good improvement into this and he does look ready to win.
Twirling Moss has an excellent fresh record and he looks a touch of overs to score in the last at Moruya this afternoon ($6 at publish). The Mossman gelding scored an impressive win here on debut in late 2017 and has continued to return competitive performances throughout his racing career. With even luck, he can make a winning return.
