It’s one of, if not the most highly anticipated match of the Cricket World Cup group stage and we’re set for a belter between England and Australia tonight. Who will win? How will the crowd treat Warner and Smith? Can the host nation hold their nerve? Just a few of the seemingly endless questions posed ahead of this contest.
England have been excellent, in between patches of rubbish. Case in point, their shock loss to Sri Lanka only a few days ago. They will be eager to respond in a big way here and will be confident of doing so.
Australia have been good and have continued to build to the task at the 2019 Cricket World Cup. A loss to India was tough, but subsequent wins over Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh well and truly have the campaign back on track.
I’m confident that the Aussies have what it takes and I am eager to take the price in head-to-head betting.
