Round 12 vs North Queensland Cowboys

Round 12 vs North Queensland Cowboys

A trip away from home resulted in A MASSIVE WIN FOR THE NEDS GOLD COAST TITANS in Round 11 and the North Queensland Cowboys are the next club charged with containing our boys.

The Sea Eagles have been playing some gritty footy in 2019 and ultimately, its been working. They sat fifth leading into Round 11 and if betting was to be believed, they were ready to record a comfortable win over the Titans, but nope! Thanks for hosting, thanks for coming.

It really was my fault. Don’t get me wrong – I had complete faith, but of course the week that I tip them to cover the line as outsiders, they just go and win the whole thing at $2.40!

Our boys have all the momentum heading back to Fortress Cbus on Sunday afternoon and with all the Origin omissions on the Cowboys’ books, I’m confident that the Titans won’t only win, they’ll cover a 2.5 points line for a little extra value ($1.88).

Total Match Points (41.5) – Over ($1.88)

For the most part, Titans games have been finishing over the total match points mark set by the bookies for fun, and I see no reason why that can’t and won’t happen again in Round 12.

The outside backs put on an absolute display at Brookvale Oval last week and typically, they’ve been far more lethal at home. I’ve got the Titans winning this 30-12, and that sneaks ‘over’.

You’ve got all the momentum heading back to Cbus Stadium, what needs to be done to make it two in a row against the Cowboys?

First Tryscorer – Dale Copley ($8)

He’s been a threat for a long time now, but Dale Copley has been simply outstanding in 2019 and I’m keen to have a play in the First Tryscorer market again against the Cows.

He saluted for us a fortnight ago and the first of his three tries against the Sea Eagles opened the scoring for the Titans, unfortunately not for the entire game, however. The ____ on offer at publish looks a touch of overs.

You’ve been scoring for fun in recent weeks, are you confident of producing another prolific performance against the Cowboys?

Anytime Tryscorer – Mitch Rein ($4)

The Cowboys boast a few big forwards, but I think a player like Mitch Rein can exploit a few gaps in defence from dummy half.

If he finds himself right up on the Cowboys’ line, I think he’s a serious chance of diving over the line. I can already picture it!

The Cowboys boast a big and mobile forward pack, what do you need to do to keep them quiet?
