Blue Hazard will need some early luck from a wide box, but he has a class edge over his rivals tonight and with even luck, can return to winning form. The son of Blue Giant doesn’t win out of turn, but he’s continued to build towards something recently and ran a close-up second at his two most-recent appearances. The 600m tonight looks ideal again.
Foxzami Muzza has won his last four starts and will take a power of beating again the The Meadows tonight. The two-year-old just got there at this track and distance two back but responded with an utterly dominant performance under the same conditions to win by more than four lengths last week. He’s rock hard fit and this race is no harder.
Two-year-old Tao Tao has reeled off some outstanding performances this time and looks tough to beat in the sixth at The Meadows tonight. The two-year-old recorded a smart win over 590m at Sandown Park two starts back before a completely luckless performance here at The Meadows last time out, which still delivered a 1.5-lengths fourth. With a better passage tonight, he looks the one to beat.
Theo’s Thunder rarely turns in a bad performance and will be tough to catch from Box 1 tonight. The son of Dyna Double One notched a dominant win over this track and distance in Grade 5 company two starts back before returning a competitive effort to place third in a far tougher race. This looks a far-more suitable task and he’s primed for a return to winning form.
