Banjo Fever will carry winning form into the sixth at Horsham today and strikes another very winnable one. The Three-year-old has been mixing his results this time in, but his ability to overcome a poor start and still win last time out was amongst the best of his career so far. Box 1 is ideal, and he’ll be hard to beat.
Destini Cheetah clearly needed the run when he tailed off to finish seventh first-up at Ballarat last week, but he is a dog that will take plenty of improvement into his second campaign appearance today and he looks over the odds at his current price ($13 at publish). The four-year-old recorded several pleasing results last time in and should receive all the favours from Box 1.
Brindi Chopper is unlucky not to be carrying winning form into her run at Ipswich tonight, but looks well placed to go one better. The three-year-old daughter of Spring Gun turned in a rare lacklustre performance two starts back but mustered an impressive sprint last time out to finish right on the winner’s heels, in what was a tougher race than this one.
