Police have executed search warrants at the Warrnambool and Ballarat stables of master trainer Darren Weir, just before 6am AEDT this morning.
Three arrests have been made, including a 48-year-old Miners Rest man (several sources confirming this as Weir himself), a 38-year-old Yangery man and a 26-year-old Warrnambool man.
Several items have reportedly been seized during the raids including a firearm and a conducted energy devise (taser).

Victorian Police have confirmed that an unknown substance, believed to be cocaine has been seized along with four jiggers and an unregistered firearm
