Sandown Park: Race 1 (7:07pm AEDT)
No. 6 Never Duplicated

Never Duplicated was far from disgraced when she ran home well for second at this track and distance last week and with even luck, she’ll be tough to hold out tonight. The two-year-old daughter of KC And All was caught behind traffic early in running last week, but she produced an eye-catching kick when she was offered clear running and hit the line in pleasing fashion. She has form around some good dogs and is ready to win.

Sandown Park: Race 2 (7:25pm AEDT)
No. 1 She Will Bloom

This looks a two-dog race between She Will Bloom and Lagoon Rhett and I am happy to take on the favourite with the former. She Will Bloom has strung together four impressive victories heading into this race and she is set to get the gun run again tonight from Box 1. Lagoon Rhett meanwhile faces a drop in distance and will need to show plenty of early speed to overcome a potentially sticky draw.

Sandown Park: Race 3 (7:43pm AEDT)
No. 5 Dyna Bonnay

Dyna Bonnay faces a step up in class in the third at Sandown tonight, but she has been racing extremely well and is over the odds at her current price. A daughter of the legendary Fernando Bale, Dyna Bonnay strolled in to win at this track and distance two starts back before repeating the dose and result last time out. This looks a pretty open field and with even luck, she can fight out the finish.

Sandown Park: Race 8 (9:28pm AEDT)
No. 2 Barooga Brett

Barooga Brett is a recent Group 1 winner and looks beautifully placed to return to winning form at Sandown Park tonight. The Silver Chief Final (525m) winner hasn’t had the best of luck at his two most-recent starts but faces a decent step back in class tonight and has his rivals covered on that front. With even luck, he looks the one to beat.
