The ever-dangerous Kings travel to Canada this morning and represent terrific value to beat the heavily-fancied Winnipeg Jets. It’s been another competitive start to the season for the Kings, who were unlucky to drop their first game in overtimes against San Jose, but who responded with an impressive win over the Redwings at home on Sunday. There isn’t a lot between these two sides on paper and subsequently, the Kings are over the odds.
There’s plenty of world-class action set to take place at the Shanghai Masters today and I am confident that Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut will prove far too good for American qualifier Mackenzie McDonald. Bautista Agut has produced several quality performances since misfiring at the US Open and made the final four at the St Petersburg Open most notably last month. He steamrolled Andrey Rublev in the first round at Shanghai on Monday and will start a clear favourite this afternoon, as a result.
