Aussie sensation John Millman faces another huge task in the form of Novak Djokovic at the US Open this morning, but I confident that he can take a set. Millman stunned the tennis world when he delivered the greatest player of all time, Roger Federer, a four-set defeat in the Round of 16 and he is sure to take the same ‘nothing to lose’ attitude into this match. Djokovic has cruised into the final eight and is a clear and understandable favourite here, but he cannot afford to underestimate Millman.
The reigning premiers and ever-dangerous Hawks will square off in the first qualifying final tonight and I am confident that the Tigers can get the job done in a tight one. Richmond have been the league’s benchmark all season, but their recent form has been shaky, and they do face a task in beating a rejuvenated Hawthorn side that has come into form at the right point of the season. If Dusty fires, the Tigers should be winning.
Daily Three-Leg Multi
We cheered home a nice $4 multi yesterday and with that in mind, we’ll continue on the MLB path! The Rockies have found a decent run of form of late and have climbed to the top of standings in the NL West. They can continue their winning form past the Giants this morning. The Yankees will need to be at their best to see off the A’s in Oakland, but they enter this afternoon’s game off the back of a dominant display here yesterday. The Mariners can round out our day by beating the Orioles in Seattle.
