Best Bets
England v Costa Rica
Over 3 goals scored ($2.55)

Gareth Southgate is expected to make a few changes to his line-up after his side extended their unbeaten run to nine matches, with a  2-1 victory over Nigeria. Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Jamie Vardy and Jordan Henderson are expected to come into calculation for the game against Costa Rica, after missing the match at Wembley against the Super Eagles. There’s some history between these two sides with Costa Rica grinding out a goalless draw against the hosts that helped them qualify for the knockout stages in Brazil in 2014. I’m backing England skipper Harry Kane to be amongst the goals, as the Three Lions put their finishing touches on their World Cup preparations with a win at Elland Road.

Uruguay v Uzbekistan
Under 3 goals scored ($2)

Uruguay have opted to have only a single warm-up game before the World Cup begins in Russia and will look to use the match against Uzbekistan to give some of the younger players in the squad a chance to impress. Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani will be looking to make an impact on football’s grandest state when the tournament commences in Russia. La Celeste will be too strong at the Estadio Centenario and I’m expecting them to grab a comfortable victory.

Cleveland Cavs v Golden State Warriors
Cavs to win ($2.50)

Since JR Smith’s brain-snap in the opening game of the series, the Cavs have been unable to find answers to the hot hand of Steph Curry. The Cavs will be happy to be back at Quicken Loans Arena for the next two games and expect them to come out swinging. LeBron James has been the standout performer for Cleveland with a combined 80-points across the opening two games. The Cavs simply need to find some points from Kyle Korver, JR Smith and Larry Nance Jr. The Warriors will be looking to win at least one game in Cleveland and look to lift the title back in Oakland. I’m backing LeBron James to lift to another level at home and bring the Cavs back into the series with a win in game three.

Daily Three-Leg Multi
Durham, South Korea, Portugal
Combined Odds @ $3.70

Durham will be looking for their third win of the Royal London One Day Cup when they take on Leicestershire. The Durham side have won their last three games against Leicestershire and will be hoping that Aussie Nathan Rimmington can continue his outstanding form with the ball. South Korea face a tough assignment in a friendly clash with Bolivia. The Asian Cup finalists will be relying on Spurs talisman Son Heung-min to find the back of the net. Portugal will be hoping that Cristiano Ronaldo will be able to get some playing time in their friendly with Algeria. The Real Madrid star is coming off an extended break and will be looking to get on the scoresheet before the World Cup begins in Russia.
