Madrid will be looking to defend their European crown when they take on Liverpool in the Champions League in Russia. Madrid will be looking to become the first club in the history of the competition to win their third consecutive Champions League title. Liverpool are making their return to the final for the first time in eleven years and have only suffered one defeat in European competition this season at the hands of AS Roma. The Reds will be relying heavily on Mo Salah to create some magic after the Egyptian midfielder broke through to win the EPL Golden Boot. This will be an exciting match from a betting perspective, my heart says Liverpool, but my head says Madrid and they should be able to get the job done in will be a cracking match.
The Cavs are on the verge of elimination from the Eastern Conference playoff series and will need a huge effort against a confident Boston roster who have been spectacular at home but shocking on the road in the playoffs. The Celtics have yet to drop a game in the playoffs at home this season and will be hoping to finish off the Cavs in front of their home fans. James had 26-points and 10 rebounds in the loss in Boston and the champ will need to find another gear at home. I’m backing LeBron and the Cavs to bounce back at home and expect Cleveland to square the series before heading back to Boston for the decider.

These two sides will have plenty to play for when the Dragons take on the Panthers at Penrith Park. The Panthers have done well to remain in second place on the NRL ladder, despite an extensive injury list to a number of their players. The Dragons have been in outstanding form this season and have been playing a sensational brand of football to lead the competition. The Panthers welcomed back Nathan Cleary last week from an extended injury layoff and the playmaker’s clash with Dragons half Ben Hunt will decide the outcome of this clash. The Panthers have won three of their last four games at home and I’m backing them to surprise the Saints with a close win.

Richmond will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing performance last week after suffering a 47-point loss to West Coast in Perth. Dustin Martin will be expecting the enjoy the open spaces of the MCG against a St Kilda side that has struggled for form and confidence since the second round of the competition. I’m expecting the Tigers to record a comfortable victory against the Saints. In the NRL the Warriors have surprised the competition this season and are starting to finally to play to their potential. The Kiwi side have the firepower to record a memorable win against the Bunnies at home. The Yankees have lost their last two games against the Rangers and expect the Brooklyn Bombers to storm back onto the winner’s list with a win in their opening game against the Angels.
